Effective

More interest, more sales.
Show more properties, more effectively, in less time - and find the right client for the right house with less travel and schedule coordination.

Studies have shown 86% of the house-hunting public find floor plans useful, properties marketed with floor plans generate 30% more buyer interest, and agents who use floor plans report 26% higher commission levels.*

Studies of 3D technology report 300% more engagement with potential buyers 95% more likely to call.**

Engaging

Invite exploration & discovery.
2D Floor Plan
An interactive 2D & 3D floor plan App allows users to furnish their own homes, and individuals their own rooms - engaging the entire family.
Floor plans can also give more detailed information, such as square footage by room, and material and cost estimators for painting and renovation.

Informative

Let your property speak to the viewer.

Full 360 degree panoramas, linked to one another in an interactive tour, give the viewer the experience of being there, allowing more properties to be shown in less time with less work. Properties can be toured with clients in the office or over the phone, concentrating on showing off key features rather than spending time coordinating schedules and meeting for home tours less likely to result in an offer due to inadequate imagery or descriptions.
VR Glasses
Inexpensive Google Cardboard Glasses and gyroscope functionality take the viewer’s experience to new levels by adding a direct physical and emotional experience of the property using their cell phones.

Archival

Tours that stand the test of time.
Each 360 degree panorama can be archived as a single, high resolution print and file. Historical sites need not only to access the latest technologies in order to expand their reach to a wider audience, but to create experiences that will stand the test of time. Some immersive experiences use proprietary standards that may not even exist in a few years. Remember Compuserve, Netscape, Floppy Drives & Zip Disks? Where are they now?
Click here for an example of a 360 degree tour shot on film in 1999 and 2000 at an historic site and more about the technology used.

Universal

Proven technology that works on both old and new devices.
A recent Wall Street Journal article points out that people are holding onto their devices and smartphones longer than ever.***
Compact JPEGs and HTML5 - world wide standards - create
fast loading and universally supported immersive experiences that work seamlessly with both newer and older devices. Other interactive experiences require ultra fast web connections and powerful chipsets for successful viewing. They also rely on proprietary files that have not been adopted as standards.
